The Benchmade Adira is an EDC pocket knife designed for intensive use when your adventures take you into water environments. It cuts rope, maintains gear, and handles all your tasks around the water. The lightweight frame is reinforced with a corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum backspacer, making it easy to carry, easy to clean, and water-resistant. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest and built to withstand the harshest elements, the Water Collection exists to help you explore the wilderness beneath the surface — to stay outside longer and go deeper.

The blade is made from CPM-Magnacut. This high-end steel offers toughness and edge retention that are nearly unmatched, along with excellent corrosion resistance. The edge is razor-sharp, making this knife highly suitable for heavier cutting tasks. The blade is finished with a Blue Cerakote coating. This coating not only enhances the appearance but also improves wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance. To keep the knife in optimal condition, it is recommended not to leave it in water for extended periods and to wipe it dry after use.

The Adira features the well-known AXIS® locking mechanism, a manual sliding system that locks the blade securely in place. The handle is made from Grivory, a durable synthetic polymer. This makes the knife surprisingly lightweight, while the pronounced molded texture ensures excellent grip in all weather conditions.
