Benchmade Bugout Grey/Redstone Aluminum & Richlite
Benchmade decided to bring a fresh breeze to the design with this premium Bugout. The new Benchmade 535-09 Bugout is inspired by the earth tones found in outdoor gear, backpacks, and camping accessories. This sets the Bugout apart from other models: the handle scales with Redstone Richlite inlays contrast beautifully with a grey anodized 6061-T6 aluminum bolster.
The CNC-machined inlays are made from Richlite. This composite material is made from bonded paper, giving Richlite a unique appearance as well as a pleasant texture and high wear resistance. Additionally, the orange anodized hardware stands out beautifully against the neutral earth tones.
The Bugout features the so-called AXIS lock, a manual sliding mechanism that locks the blade in place. The blade is made from premium CPM-S90V steel with a stonewash finish. This type of steel is known for its exceptional edge retention and durability, making it an excellent choice for everyday carry and capable of handling virtually any challenge.
The knife also features a reversible tip-up pocket clip. The Bugout is the pocket knife for anyone who expects more from their EDC.
