The blade of the Station Knife combines the best of two worlds. With the precision and finesse of a chef’s knife, it handles detailed cutting tasks effortlessly, while the power of a chopper allows it to tackle heavier work. The blade is made from CPM‑154 steel, an improved version of the well‑known 154CM, introduced in 2004 by Crucible Industries. Thanks to its relatively low vanadium content, this steel offers excellent toughness and can withstand impact and lateral pressure without easily chipping or breaking. In addition, it is easy to sharpen and offers very good corrosion resistance.

The blade receives extra protection and style from a black DLC (Diamond‑Like Carbon) coating. This coating reduces friction during cutting and increases wear resistance, while also giving the knife a rugged and modern appearance.

The ergonomically shaped handle is made from durable G10, a composite of woven fiberglass and epoxy resin. This material makes the handle extremely strong, lightweight, and comfortable to hold, while maintaining a premium look. Its balanced weight ensures smooth and precise control, giving you optimal handling from the index finger.
